All rooms are not necessarily included in this video, but it will include the best features and amenities of your listing.

Video Premium (Without Photo Package)

Video Premium is discounted if purchased with a photo package. See bundles. The Premium video includes aerial video and video taking on a slider for a cinematic graphic look. It will include close-up details and key features of your listing.

Aerial Photography

This video is an approximately 2 minute video of your house, that will include all rooms and plenty of close-up details and key features of the listing, as well as extended aerial footage of the property.
(NOTE): Check to see what time the sun sets for your twilight photo. We charge extra for a second trip.

Professional Headshot

30 minutes @ $100.00

$100 sitting fee due at session. Each headshot is priced at $95, we will deliver three for your to review. You may choose which ones you wish to purchase.

Senior Photo Session

1 hour @ $450.00

$75 sitting fee due at session. Total photo package includes 10 high quality digital photos of your choice. Includes one change of clothing. $300 due upon receipt of photos. Additional photos may be purchased for $25 each.

Family Photo Session

1 hour @ $375.00

$75 sitting fee due at session. The total photo package includes 5 high-quality digital photos of your choice. $225 balance is due upon receipt of photos. Additional photos may be purchased for $25 each. This session is for up to 5 people.

Extended Family Photo Session

1 hour @ $475.00

$150 sitting fee due at session. The total photo package includes 10 high-quality digital photos of your choice. $325 balance is due upon receipt of photos. Additional photos may be purchased for $25 each. This session is for up to 10 people.
